The objective of this website, the Private Sector Development (PSD) Platform, is to attract and unite all stakeholders involved in our broader PSD community build-up; such as members of the Horticulture Business Platform (HBP), the Diaspora, Women in Business, Dutch Export Academy, Horticulture Business Challenge (HBC), Youth in Food, and GNBCC members.
The PSD platform serves as a standard platform for staying updated on all PSD project activities. Eventually, this website aims to become an interactive platform where users can secure clients for products and services, establish connectionsto expand their network, access a pool of suitable candidates for job vacancies, enroll in e-learning opportunities and webinars.
About the PSD Projects
GNBCC is currently implementing the Netherlands Embassy of Ghana’s Private Sector Development Project, which focuses on the horticulture and cocoa value chain with direct benefits for the youth and entrepreneurs, women and the diaspora.Â
The PSD project encompasses several sub-projects including the Horticulture Business Platform (HBP), Dutch Export Academy (DEA), Horticulture Business Challenge (HBC), Women in Business, Youth in Food (YIF), and Diaspora Desk.
The Ghana Netherlands Business and Culture Council (GNBCC) is the initial point of contact for the Dutch visitor seeker to engage in business activities within Ghana, as well as for Ghanaians interested in exploring business prospects in the Netherlands.Â
GNBCC was established in 2014 as the successor to GHANECC. GNBCC facilitates and supports business cooperation between Ghana and the Netherlands in collaboration with our main partner, the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Ghana. As a membership organization, with over 100 members ranging from small enterprises and NGO’s to multinationals, GNBCC offers a wide range of services and opportunities to its members and other stakeholders.
