Project Management
Since our establishment, GNBCC has been actively engaged in projects that drive growth across key sectors in Ghana. Currently, we are implementing the Private Sector Development (PSD) Project, funded by the Netherlands Embassy, which plays a crucial role in strengthening Ghana’s private sector.
While our projects are primarily implemented in Ghana, we actively collaborate with Dutch organizations and institutions to ensure alignment with the Netherlands’ international trade and diplomatic priorities. Over the years, we have led initiatives that benefit businesses in both countries, fostering stronger Ghana-Netherlands economic ties.
Our key focus areas include job creation and economic development, with initiatives supporting youth empowerment, export promotion, women-led enterprises, and the diaspora community. At present, we are prioritizing efforts to enhance the horticulture and cocoa sectors, driving sustainability and improving global competitiveness.
